A Fitness class that incorporates the traditional Hula Hoop in all exercises. A really fun way to get toned, keep fit and meet like minded people. We use dance moves and fitness moves to give you an all round body workout. Plus you are having so much fun that you don’t realise you are exercising!
Classes are run in Alderbury village hall on Tuesday evenings on a regular basis. I will do private one to one sessions if you would like to enjoy Hula but are a little nervous to come to a class. Contact me to arrange
